Shipping & Return Policies
How are shipping costs calculated?
All item(s) under one pound are considered small package shipping, anything over one pound is considered large package shipping and will be shipped via priority mail in the US.
When will my items be shipped & how long will it take to arrive?
Item(s) will be shipped within five (5) to ten (10) business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Once the parcel has been shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, it should take 3-10 business days to arrive to its destination (depending on location and postal service efficiency.)
International orders should arrive between 2 - 4 weeks (may take longer)
Please be aware that once the parcel leaves our hands, the time of arrival is out of our control.
What happens if something breaks during shipment?
All order $50 or more will be covered by insurance. If anything happens to the item due to shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue and file a claim. Please note that proof will need to be provided.
We use Shippo to purchase our labels and insurance.
*LOSS Claim Note: All LOSS claims for shipments sent via the USPS or consolidator - If the claim is for a lost package, the Insured must wait 20 calendar days (for Domestic shipments) or 40 calendar days (for International shipments) before filing claim
*DAMAGE Claim Note: All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. The packaging and item(s) shipped must not be sent back to the shipper until a claim is complete.
*Disclaimer - please be advised that all crystals have slight imperfections, this is to be expected. If you have any concerns, please feel free to send us an email or DM us on instagram (@prismsouls). Aura coated hand carved items will also have some imperfections. These conditions will not grant exchanges, refunds, or replacements.
Returns and Exchanges
We generally do not accepts returns. Refunds are accepted by a case by case bases. A change of heart for the item is not eligible for refund/return.
IF returns are accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition that it was received. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer and must be covered with insurance and provide tracking.
Auction pieces, jewelry, sale, special and clearance items are not eligible for returns. Pieces purchased using payment plan options are also not eligible for returns.
There are no exchanges accepted!
Priority/Expedited Shipping
Priority/Expedited shipping is available but will require an additional fee - if required please select expedited shipping during check out.
Next Day Air is also available to certain areas, please contact us before purchasing
RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS
Please ALWAYS double check your address before finalizing your order.
If a mistake was made, please contact us immediately.
All orders that have been returned to us due to a faulty address will be refunded. Sadly, we can not refund the shipping fee.
We are not responsible for returned packages due to faulty addresses of any kind.
Our system automatically inputs the address that the CUSTOMER has provided.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM FEES
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AND TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF NEED BE
